Terms of service

Last updated 6 October 2026. CheckArticle is operated by Anshul Kumawat, Bajrang Colony, Bijainagar, District Ajmer, Rajasthan 305624, India.

The service

CheckArticle analyses article text you provide, and, if you connect them, your Google Search Console and Analytics data, and returns reports, diagnoses and suggestions. These are automated guidance based on public Google policies, publishing best practices and your data. They are not legal advice.

No guaranteed results. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, inclusion in Google Search, Google News, Google Discover or Top Stories, AdSense approval, or revenue. Google alone decides these. A plan gives you access to the tools for its period; it is not a promise of any outcome. See the disclaimer. CheckArticle is not affiliated with Google.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. One person per account.

Acceptable use

  • Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, or content that is illegal.
  • Do not automate requests, scrape the service, resell reports as your own tool, or try to bypass plan limits (for example with multiple accounts).
  • Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are prepaid for the period shown at checkout (30 days or 1 year) and do not renew automatically. Report and generator limits reset as described on the pricing page. Prices may change; changes never affect a period you have already paid for. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Your content

You keep all rights to your articles. You allow us to process them only to produce your report.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan, India having jurisdiction.
