What to include

A problem with a report: the report link from your account page and what looked wrong. Please don't email full articles; the report link is enough.
Billing: the email you signed in with and the receipt number (it starts with R, for example R2026-00012).
Privacy requests: what you want to access, correct or delete. Deleting your account from the account page is instant.
A mistake in a guide: the guide's address and the source that shows the correct information. Corrections are made under our editorial policy.
