Refund and cancellation policy

Refunds

• You can request a full refund within 7 days of a payment if you have used 5 or fewer CheckArticle reports since that payment.
• Email support@checkarticle.com from the email address on your account with your receipt number.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
• After a refund, the plan bought with that payment ends.

Cancellation

Plans are prepaid and never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Your plan simply ends on its end date, shown on your account page.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was deducted but your plan did not activate, it activates automatically within a few minutes once Cashfree confirms the payment. If a payment arrives that can't be applied to your account (for example, your plan changed in another tab in the meantime), it is refunded in full without you asking. If anything else goes wrong, or you were charged twice, email us and we will activate or refund it.
